At Deals Curated Attire Store, we stand behind our curated streetwear like we stand behind our authenticity—100%. If your gear doesn’t meet your hypebeast expectations, we’ve got you covered with our straightforward returns process.

OUR RETURN POLICY (STRAIGHT TO THE POINT)

  • 15-day window: Returns accepted within 15 days of delivery date
  • Original condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, with tags attached
  • Proof of purchase: Include your order number or receipt
  • Final sale items: Limited-edition drops and curated goods marked “Final Sale” can’t be returned (we’ll always note this in the product description)
PRO TIP: Try on streetwear carefully—remove tags only if you’re keeping it. Once tags are off, that fire fit is officially yours.

HOW TO RETURN YOUR ITEMS (3 SIMPLE STEPS)

  1. Submit your request: Email [email protected] with:
    • Your order number
    • Item(s) you’re returning
    • Reason for return
    • Whether you want a refund or exchange
    Subject: Return Request – Order #[Your Order Number] Hey DCAS Crew, I need to return/exchange some items from my recent order: Order Number: [Your Order Number] Items Returning: [Product Names] Reason: [Too Small/Too Large/Not As Described/etc.] Requesting: [Refund to original payment method/Exchange for Size X] Let me know next steps! [Your Name] [Your Email]
  2. Wait for approval: Our team will email you a return authorization within 48 hours (weekdays only)
  3. Ship it back: Send the item(s) to our Omaha HQ using the provided return label. For international returns, we’ll email specific instructions.

    Note: Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping is at your expense unless the return is due to our error.

REFUNDS: WHEN & HOW

  • Processing time: 3-5 business days after we receive your return
  • Method: Refunded to your original payment method (PayPal, credit card, etc.)
  • Bank processing: May take additional 5-10 business days to appear in your account
  • Exchanges: We’ll ship your new item as soon as we process the return (additional shipping charges may apply for international)

EXCEPTIONS (READ BEFORE YOU COP)

To maintain the exclusivity of our drops, these items can’t be returned:

  • Limited-edition collaborations (marked “Final Sale”)
  • Curated vintage pieces (one-of-a-kind items)
  • Accessories with hygiene seals (if broken)
  • Footwear worn outdoors (we check soles like sneaker authenticators)
