We move fast—orders typically ship within 1-2 business days after payment clears (weekdays only).

Standard Shipping ($12.95):
– Carrier: DHL or FedEx
– Delivery: 10-15 business days after shipping

Free Shipping (Orders $50+):
– Carrier: EMS
– Delivery: 15-25 business days after shipping

Note: International customers may incur additional duties/taxes (non-refundable). Some Asian/remote areas may have restricted service.

  • 15-day window: Returns must be initiated within 15 days of delivery
  • Original condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached
  • Proof of purchase: Always include your order number
  • Final Sale items: These can’t be returned (clearly marked in product descriptions)

Try on carefully—only remove tags if you’re keeping it. Once tags are off, that fire fit is officially yours.

Non-Returnable Items

To maintain exclusivity, these items are final sale:

  • Accessories with broken hygiene seals

HOW TO RETURN YOUR ITEMS (3 SIMPLE STEPS)

2. Wait for Approval

Our team will email a return authorization within 48 hours (weekdays only).

3. Ship It Back

Send items to our Omaha HQ using the provided label. International returns get custom instructions.

Note: Original shipping costs aren’t refundable. You cover return shipping unless we messed up.

REFUNDS: WHEN & HOW

  • Processing: 3-5 business days after we receive your return
  • Method: Refunded to your original payment (PayPal, credit card, etc.)
  • Bank timing: May take 5-10 additional business days to appear
  • Exchanges: Shipped once we process the return (international may have extra charges)
